You do the same finger flick and say it the same way; "You're not interested in these droids" or "You want to update the site" but to <i>activate</i> the mind powers you need a folded $20 bill between the two fingers. $50 is even better. $100 is best, but only a few Jedi have the mental stamina to use that kind of power very often.
